Chris Barone is the Head Coach at Alloy Bull Creek, bringing over 10 years of experience working with clients across one-on-one sessions, small group training, and large group classes of 30+ people. He specializes in helping people build strength, lose weight, and move better in everyday life.
Chris's approach blends functional strength training, kettlebell work, and bodybuilding principles with martial arts-inspired movement, shaped by his background as a lifelong wrestler and years of martial arts training. He follows the StrongFirst philosophy: get strong first, master the fundamentals, eliminate pain, and build a base that supports everything else.
What Chris loves most about coaching is the people. He learns from every client as much as they learn from him. Plus, getting to wear workout clothes to work every day doesn't hurt either.
