Her attitude toward training grew throughout her pregnancy and grew even more afterward. She's now training twice a week, consistently, as a busy professional with a newborn. She went back to work full time within 12 weeks of delivery, all while keeping her fitness routine intact.
Ali's doctors noted a smooth, healthy delivery, and while we can't take full credit for that, we know that going into labor strong and conditioned matters. She's a first-time mom managing more than most people handle in a year, and she still finds a way to show up. That's not just commitment to fitness. That's character.
